The event aims to achieve this while steering clear of deregulation. It focuses on burden reduction and digitalisation, reflecting the theme 'Burden Reduction in the Digitalisation Era'.
Under the theme 'Burden Reduction in the Digitalisation Era', the Data Day will bring together regulators, market participants, and data experts. They will explore how simplification and digitalisation can go hand in hand to improve financial markets.
The programme features sessions on achieving simplification and burden reduction, streamlining compliance, and reassessing regulatory requirements. It also covers leveraging technology for efficient data management, and future trends in data usage and governance.
Both on-site and online participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with experts and policymakers, exchanging insights and practical recommendations to help shape the future of data-driven regulation across Europe.
